What I Eat In A Day (Dairy, Gluten, Grain, Soy Free)
I have a what I eat in a day/what I eat for a healthy gut video for you all! Snacks will be in their own separate video.
These are all dairy free meals, gluten free meals, grain free meals, and soy free meals, so if you have any known food sensitivities/intolerances to dairy/gluten/grain/soy these are all great options that you can try! These are also great elimination diet healthy meal ideas if you are doing any sort of elimination phase in order to figure out food sensitivities/intolerances.
On my channel I’ve talked about how paying attention to ingredients as opposed to solely counting MACROS/Calories is how I personally saw the BIGGEST difference in my health and fitness journey; I was able to lose 35 lbs effortlessly! I’ve been clean eating since October of 2017 (eating as much real, whole food as possible) and taking a holistic approach to health and fitness instead of continuing on with the typical diet culture, and not having anything to show for. Now I want to help as many women as I can because YOU deserve to feel and look your healthiest. Favorite Seasoning (for 1 lb) (used in zoodles dinner):
-1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
-1/4 tsp Onion Powder
-1/4 tsp Oregano
-1 + 1/2 tsp Cumin
-1/2 tsp Paprika
-1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
-1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
-1 tsp Black Pepper
