Ingredients You'll Need:
* 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
* 1 Onion, sliced
* 1 Capsicum (Bell Pepper), sliced
* 2 tsp Butter
* 1 tsp All-Purpose Flour
* 1 tsp Oregano
* 1 tsp Chili Flakes
* 1 cup Milk
* 1 cup Boiled Macaroni Pasta
* Salt, to taste
* Oil, for boiling pasta
Step-by-Step Instructions:
* Boil your macaroni pasta with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt until al dente.
* In a kadhai (or pan), melt 1 tsp of butter and sauté the minced garlic, sliced onion, and capsicum for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
* Remove the sautéed vegetables and set aside.
* In the same kadhai, melt the remaining 1 tsp of butter and add the all-purpose flour. Roast for about 20 seconds, stirring continuously.
* Gradually pour in the milk, whisking to prevent lumps, and bring to a boil.
* Add the sautéed vegetables back into the sauce, along with the oregano and chili flakes.
* Toss in the boiled pasta and mix everything thoroughly.
* Season with salt to taste.
