In 1968, Jim Hines became the fastest man in the world, and the first to ever break 10 seconds in the 100m dash. He was also picked up by the Miami Dolphins following the Olympics. The Dolphins would go on to become a dynasty, but not with Jim Hines. He was out of the league very quickly. Find out why in this video!
