My First Time Trying Suriname Food!

Dutch food might be described as bland and tasteless, but thankfully you can find an abundance of Indonesian and Surinamese foods here. For some reason it's taken me almost 2 years to try suriname food and I was NOT disappointed!

One thing I learned about Suriname food (thanks google) is that the dishes are heavily influenced by a mix of cultures - javanese, indian, chinese, creole, portuguese, dutch and jewish.
