The Unreliable Pirate - The Cutlass Black [Star Citizen] 12/21

So it turns out Pirate vessels just aren't built that well. Or at least Drake Interplanetary doesn't care enough to build them any better. And the Cutlass Black is peak Unreliable Pirate Ship Fodder. But...that doesn't mean it's not useful. EDIT: Star Citizen 3.16 fixed a handful of the issues named here.
