Now I'm not a frequent drinker of bubble tea (boba tea), but with more and more bubble shops open in Sydney and more often than not, opened right NEXT to each other - i was intrigued - is there one that's best? How can they ALL open in such close proximity to each other and still stay in business?

So took on the bubble tea challenge to find out which bubble tea is the best. Pearl milk tea seems to be a top seller in a most of the bubble tea shops here, so i picked that to find out....

Which Bubble Tea shop sells the BEST Pearl milk tea?

To keep everything consistent, i asked for 30% sugar and less ice. Below is the list of all bubble tea shops i visited:
