Samsong Galaxy S5 - Phone Call Issue

Our brand new Galaxy S5 from Sprint will not receive phone calls. We have gone to the sprint store 3 times to fix this problem. They even told us that it is the Spark S5 is known to have these problems. Today we are returning the phones and switching to Tmobil.
