What are the key skills you need to land a job with one of the Big 4 accounting firms? In this video I answer exactly that question using my experience of working at one of these firms for the past few years. Focus on demonstrating these skills and characteristics during your application process and interview, and you'll set yourself up for success.

Naturally there are some specific technical skills which are required for each of the different core services lines (Audit, Tax, Consulting & Transactions) but there are also some common traits which are needed.
