There is never a perfect time

Understand that it is normal that you contact the client at an inconvenient time,

With that knowledge, you can be prepared for that sales objection in advance.

As a real estate agent, I start by saying that I'm not selling anything, and usually that approach has a positive effect.

Also, at your first encounter you need to answer two questions:

Who are you?
How long are you going to stay?

Answering these questions will make it easier for you to continue with your sales pitch.

The selling strategy

The "not interested" objection, is usually unconscious,
And there are many strategies that you can use to counter it.
With the right sales technique, you can ignore it and continue with your sales pitch.

And the more you get better as a sales agent, the less you will hear this objection.
