Jamie Foxx has been accused of sexual assault. The alleged incident happened in 2015 at Catch in New York City. The plaintiff who is identified as Jane Doe alleges that after taking photos with Foxx, he made several flirtatious comments before subsequently pulling her to a “secluded area” and “intentionally and without consent used force to offensively touch” her including groping her beast and genitals. Foxx denied the charges in a statement, “The alleged incident never happened. In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter. The claims are no more viable today than they were then.

One month after Jodie Turner-Smith filed for divorce Joshua Jackson has responded. According to Page Six Jackson agreed with his estranged wife’s previous request for joint legal and physical custody of their young daughter Juno. The Dawson’s Creek star also agreed that “irreconcilable differences” was the reason for their divorce. He listed September 30th as the date of their separation instead of September 13th that Jodie listed.
