The moment I was called a "junkie" by Joe Biden.

At the time, the presumptive Democratic nominee scoffed at idea of taking a cognitive test as suggested by then-President Trump. Vice President Joe Biden goes on to say, if the president “can’t figure out the difference between an elephant and a lion, I don't know what the hell he's talking about.”
