How to Air Assassinate John Pitcairn without being detected - Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered

While playing Assassin's Creed III Remastered for PS4, I was unable to achieve 100% sync on the Battle of Bunker Hill due to a bug where the enemies detect you right before a cutscene is set to start. After doing some research, I found a way around this bug.
