I had the problem fixed the day after Christmas on 2012. After every trans shop telling me I need a complete rebuild, I took it to Toyota to have them perform a complete trans flush on it. It has been 2 years now and I have had no vibration issues.

Don't have it done at a local shop or trans shop, bring it to Toyota. Toyota uses special fluid and I wouldn't trust a mom and pop shop to shell out the 8$ a quart for the correct fluid.
