Amtrak Acela First Class & NEW Metropolitan Lounge - NYC to Washington

Hip and Fab is how I would describe the *NEW* Metropolitan Lounge at New York's Penn station. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing this gem of a lounge when I traveled between NYC and Washington in Amtrak's Acela First Class.

This video covers the entire trip. I tour the magnificent new Daniel Patrick Moynihan Train Hall - which is the glamour addition to Penn Station that just opened. The lounge is located on the second floor of the station - and I spend a lot of time there. It has spectacular views of the entire hall, amazing seating, and fantastic snacks!

First Class on Acela is the main feature of this video. I cover extensively the seating options, what the car looks like, the meals and drinks on offer, and the stunning views out the window!
