Giving Life to the Tsukubasan Shrine Through Elaborate Flower Installations

Mount Tsukuba is considered as one of Ibaraki Prefecture's key landmarks. At the bottom of the mountain, sits the Tsukubasan Shrine. In this week's video, Nicolai and his team put together flower installations throughout the shrine with hopes of an end to the Coronavirus.

With temperatures dropping below zero in February, Nicolai and his team definitely had their hands full. However, 10 vast installations were placed throughout the shrine to give the space some color and hope. The video has a unique approach where Nicolai is vlogging on his phone to give an inside look at what goes on in preparing the installations. Enjoy!
