Navratri Special Chulai Ka Ladoo | Healthy & Crunchy Amaranth Ladoo | नवरात्रि स्पेशल चुलाई लड्डू ✨🍬
Make this nutritious and delicious Amaranth (Rajgira) Ladoo at home using just puffed amaranth and jaggery—perfect for fasting (vrat) and a healthy snack! 🌿🔥
✅ Ingredients:
2 cups puffed amaranth (चुलाई / राजगिरा)
1 cup jaggery (गुड़)
1 tbsp ghee (घी)
2-3 tbsp water (पानी)
✅ Instructions:
1️⃣ Make jaggery syrup by heating jaggery with ghee and water.
2️⃣ Mix puffed amaranth into the syrup and combine well.
3️⃣ Shape ladoos while warm and let them set.
