How to Make a PB&J Mead

Today we're trying to make a PB & J mead! I was inspired to do something like this by a mead that I tried in Minneapolis. It was by a company (that I can't remember the name of) and it was fantastic! I really think I can make something that would be similar. Let me know if you've ever done anything like this before and give me some advice! I would love to know how to make the best mead possible and I really need your help! There are so many different ways to make meads and while I know there is no right way, I want to try and make mine to the best of my ability. Here is the recipe for this mead!

PB &J Mead Recipe:

1 Gallon of Welches Grape Juice
1 Gallon of Spring Water
6 tbs of Amoretti Peanut Extract
1 (5 gram) Packet of Lalvin EC-1118
