Behind the scenes with Vogue 9253 (raise the neckline)

In today’s video, we're going behind the scenes on the making of Vogue 9253, which has been re-released as Vogue 1735. This Kimono-Style dress has a plunging neckline, but I'm showing you how I raised the neckline for modesty.
