Here's the Breakdown!
So this updated video was filmed October 21st, 13 days after my initial First Impression and when I first started this routine.
The first week I applied the oil every other day, and the second week was every couple days. However, EVERYDAY I made sure to still massage my scalp for at least 5-7 minutes. Every time I took a shower, whenever I washed my hair with my cleansing conditioner I still used the inversion method. THIS I feel is such a crucial thing to stay consistent on!

So the two ingredients to this oil is Pumpkin Oil & Peppermint Oil!
Here's a description on why these two are so great!

Pumpkin Oil: Found to reverse balding- contains fatty acids and vitamins B and essential nutrients for hair growth. My mom has been using this for parts of her hair that's thinning, and it has been helping quite a bit! *Forgot to mention that in the video!*
Peppermint Oil: Stimulates/Rejuvenates follicles for healthy hair growth. Prevents dandruff and keeps your scalp fresh.
