How to Learn Freediving in Batangas, Philippines - Intro to Freediving Lessons

Hi guys! I will share with you my experience and what I've learned with my freediving lessons in Batangas. Lesson 1 is all about intro to freediving and survival in the sea. Lesson 2 are composed of rescue and self help techniques. I've learned how to hold my breath longer and how to equalize under water for pain prevention of the ears. I have also included in my video how much is the cost of freediving lesson for 2 days in Batangas, Philippines. Freediving lesson does not require to those who can swim.
