It seems one NPC got bugged. I know when cops are nearby , there will be bit delay in the deal, but even though there were no cops around , he was not accepting the deal but just greeting me "good morning 🗿"

Schedule I is an open world, simulation game by TVGS, where you are a drug dealer. You are able make your own drugs, mix and sell them.
