Our Albania Road trip continues!
After spending the night in Lekdush, we drove to Gjirokaster, the city of stone. With it's Ottoman style houses (complete with stone roofs), a castle, an old bazaar, museums, old heritage houses, and mountainous surroundings, it's no wonder Gjirokaster is a UNESCO world heritage site.
Check out our time exploring Gjirokaster. It was like being in a fairytale! (Rapunzel perhaps?)
