Major Havoc! Tech video?!?!

Haha.. ok this is something new for me. A tech video! So, I've had a Major Havoc machine for a few years now and there has always been a nagging issue with Major Havoc (the character) not moving fast enough on the screen. Was it the PCB? Was it the spinner knob? Was it something else? I finally took the time to look into the issue and it was something pretty simple.
