Potato latkes experiment 🧪
Okay, so I've been watching Korean street market food videos and was like. Damn, are they deep-frying veggies. Remember the taste of potato latkes? I'm not Jewish, but my mom is Polish, and sometimes the food kind of overlaps in certain cultures, and watching them fry a bunch of veggies, brought me back. I also wanted to try out my knife skills with that "Juliane" like. just kidding it's not that tight. cut but yeah. Also trying out that cornstarch mix with flour to make them all stick. Very yummy. The onion added a lot of flavor!
