Expiry Screen Close Contract

Welcome to this guide on closing a contract using the Contract Expiry screen. When a contract is closed, its status updates to End of Contract. At this point, the contract must either be approved to finalise the closure or declined and returned to the approval workflow. Depending on the assets and items linked to the contract, the system may automatically trigger additional processes.
