Featured: Renya Larson, Organizational Change Consultant, PHI
Too often in long-term care, employees are promoted into supervisory roles without management training or support, which can lead to ineffective or punitive supervision practices that ultimately drive many direct care workers from their jobs. This video offers a few concepts to help supervisors create productive workplaces where workers stay satisfied in their jobs.
