पूर्वोत्तर के राज्यों में मॉनसून जमकर बरस रहा है। लगातार हो रही मूसलाधार बारिश से कई जगह बाढ़ जैसे हालात बने हुए हैं। अरुणाचल प्रदेश हो सिक्किम हो मिज़ोरम हो असम हो या त्रिपुरा, मणिपुर सब जगह भारी बारिश से एक सी तस्वीर निकल कर आ रही है। कहीं नदियों में उफान है तो कहीं गांव टापू बन गए है। भारी बारिश से कहीं तो इमारत गिर गई तो कहीं नदियां खतरे के निशान से ऊपर बह रही हैं। सड़कों से लेकर लोगों के मकान पानी से लबालब है।
