Stir fry chicken with lady finger & eggplant (exact ingredients below)
is quick & easy recipe that is consists of chicken cooked with delicious sauce that compliment well with vegetables such as lady finger & eggplant. It is best served with a freshly-steamed rice.

Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
1 medium-sized onion
2 pcs quarter leg chicken
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp water
3 pcs big-sized or 330g eggplant
15 pcs or 200g lady finger
1 tsp sesame oil
fried chicken skin (for toppings)
