Becoming Dabi - BNHA animation - Lonely by Palaye Royale

After hearing this song I made a connection to Dabi, and had to make an animation based off of it! If you look up the meaning of the song from the band's perspective it is also dealing with a painful family relationship.

Palaye Royale is a band I found this past fall and I have been in love with their music since! Check out their music, especially if you are into MCR!! Some of my favorites are Lonely, Hang on to Yourself, Ma Cherie, Don't Feel Quite Right, and Teenage Heartbreak Queen

Explanation:
In this animation I assumed that Touya had run away from the todoroki family in his journey to handling his quirk, and gets mixed up with the league of villains. In the first scene he is a child and Endeavor locks him in a dark room so that he is forced to use his quirk. Touya doesn't have the best view of heroes because of his father. This leads himself down the path to Stain and wanting to join the dark side. The doctor gives him special pain killers and he can no longer feel pain. This is how he turns into Dabi, he burns his skin because he can no longer feel the pain and can now use his quirk to his full capacity.

I'd love to hear what you guys think! I feel like we are getting closer and closer to understanding more about Dabi and I am so excited about it!!
