A migraine is so much more than "just a headache."

Migraines can cause intense pain, nausea, light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, dizziness, brain fog, fatigue, and more. Sometimes the best thing you can do is rest—and sometimes having someone who understands makes all the difference.

Today, Amorn helped by massaging my temples, bringing me a Coke, and grabbing an ice pack. Small acts of care can mean everything on hard days.
