Baldur's Gate 3 How to defeat (Dire) Githyanki [Patch 5]

*Bless spell used by Fighter is coming from 'Staff of Arcane Blessing'. No scrolls were used by Fighter. Spell casters performed only one spell per turn & nothing outside of their class spells was used. Surprise Mechanic is part of DnD 5e.
Strategy:
Combined hit points of Githyanki are now 297. There are two flasks of 'Wyvern Poison' in game. 'No backstab advantage' means we have to rely on Faerie Fire' Spell for now.
I am calling them Dire Githyanki because of their HP. LOL
Fighter has 'Great Weapon Master' feat which increases damage from two handed weapons by 10 but gives -5 attack roll penalty.
