Forging of the Yakut blade, an obvious upgrade

The obvious modernization (improvement) of the national Yakut blade. Using sandwich lamination. It just occurred to me, I do not seem to have seen it (but I can and I'm wrong). On the concave side is steel W1-9, on convex ancient steel, which is more than 100 years old.
