For a game table that uses a 3’x4’ mat (overall dimension of table top vault is 42 in x 54 in)
From tnutz.com order (they will cut aluminum extrusion custom lengths)
• 2 - 39 inch ultralight smooth 15 series (EX 1530 UL) (black or silver) (approx $50) https://www.tnutz.com/product/ex-1530ul/
• 2 - 51 inch ultralight smooth 15 series (EX 1530 UL) (black or silver … the black is just a bit more expensive … but looks cool) (approx $64) https://www.tnutz.com/product/ex-1530ul/
• 4 – 15 series inside connector (H 015 B) (approx $6) https://www.tnutz.com/product/hc-015-a/
• 4 – Cup holders ( AC 015 F) (approx $26) https://www.tnutz.com/product/ac-015-f/
• 4 – 1 ½ x 3 end cap with 2 push in connectors (EC 105 B) ( approx $4) https://www.tnutz.com/product/ec-015/
• 1 – medium handle (HAN 015) (approx $4) https://www.tnutz.com/product/han-015/ Not everyone likes a handle but I use mine a lot. It really is an optional item

From 80/20.net order. Not everyone likes a handle
• 4 – Roll in panel mount bracket (2488) (approx $16). These are for the up holders or trays. https://8020.net/2488.html

From Amazon.com order
• 1 roll of 3M Scotch 5952 VHB tape (1 in x 15 ft) (approx $17). https://amzn.to/34rPj0T
• Non slip router pad 2ft x 4ft (approx $14). https://amzn.to/2SGYFDu

From Home Depot or Lowe’s pick up
• Floor laminate totaling about 17 square feet (cut to 40 ½ lengths) or buy a piece of plywood and cut it down to size 52 ½ x 40 ½ (approx $25)
• Whatever size table you build, the floor of the game vault will be 1 ½ inches less than outside dimensions of the vault.

From gametoppersllc.com order
• 1 – 36x48 game mat (Adler) – they have all kinds of styles and colors (approx $69) https://www.gametoppersllc.com/game-mats.html

Optional accessories
• Lights on the inside track From Amazon order Areful 16.4 ft LED lights. https://amzn.to/3i2QFqS ( approx $30)
• Filler strips from 80/20.net (part number 2111 gray or 2110 for black) (there are lots of colors, they come in 6 ft sections for $3.50 each. Would need 8 if you don’t want any seams; 6 if you are ok with seams. Make sure you buy for 15 series. The filler strips make the top of the table smooth. https://8020.net/2110.html (Link for black strips)

Other Sizes
• A 3x3 table takes 4 pieces of extruded aluminum 39 inches long. Great table for smaller games and card games. Hangs over a 3 foot card table nicely.
• A 4x4 table takes 4 pieces of extruded aluminum 51 inches long. Because the tapes comes in a 15 ft long roll spread out your gaps. Great size for big box games. We put a handle on each side. A four foot round plastic table works great.
• A 6x3 table needs 2-39 inch and 2-75 inch pieces of extruded aluminum. We like this table for 6-10 players. It still fits great under a bunk bed or queen/king bed. This is a big table. We put two handles on these ones.

Final thoughts
• We did not include tax and shipping. The shipping of the aluminum can be pricey. Tnutz does a great job of packaging it up. Put it all in your cart to see what your looking at. All the other places are normal costs
• Tnutz sells an inside heavy duty connector (HC 015 B 15) for $3 each. We like these on the big tables. You do see a small piece of metal in the corner but you get lots more strength. The table mat fits fine under the connector. https://www.tnutz.com/product/hc-015-b/
• We accidentally ordered a 24 inch extra piece but we use both to hold extra cup holders and tray tables. We attach the piece to bench in the garage and to the shelf holding games inside.
• If the aluminum sits mostly on a table then the floor of the game table can be flimsy (even a piece of paneling or FRP). Our 3x3 is made with lightweight floor and it makes it nice for quick light setup and tear down.
• We have worked on a number of covers to protect the game from dust, Tarzan the cat, and accidental earthquakes. Plexiglass, folding panels and even a fitted queen sheet have served as a cover.
