1 Kg Mutton
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Some Salt
Some Fresh Coriander
and Mint
4-5 Tbsp Curd
1 Cup Fried Onions
2 Tbsp Biryani Masala
Juice of Half Lemon
Half Cup Oil
4 Potatoes
3-4 Bay Leaves
2 Black Cardamoms
2 pc Cinnamon
5-6 Cloves
Some Black pepper
4-5 Green Cardamoms
Some Black Cumin
10-12 Chopped Garlic cloves
4-5 Green Chillies
1 Onion
1 Tomato
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Tsp Chilli Powder
750 gms Rice
2 tbsp Ghee
Kewra Water
Sprinkle fried Onions
