This video shows the Kinex Auto-Mate™ automatic capping machine tightening caps onto bottles. The Auto-mate is an automatic bottle capping machine that is designed to mount to a bottle conveyor. The Auto-Mate™ can tighten up to 35 caps per minute. The Auto-Mate provides outstanding flexibility. It tightens caps from 10mm – 130mm in diameter, and bottles from 0.5 inches up to 8.0 inches in diameter.

The Auto-Mate™ automatic chuck capper features a touchscreen display and easy to navigate menu. It displays real time production information, including the number of caps it has tightened and the production rate in bottles per minute. All program adjustments are at your fingertips to provide you with complete control over the capping machine. Capping programs can be saved and stored for future use.
