Perfectionism in art

I need to be honest with you - I made a mistake. I used to think everything I created had to be perfect. I worried so much about making each drawing just right that I was afraid to share anything that wasn't perfect.
Here's what I learned: trying to be perfect actually holds you back. What really helps you grow is showing up every day to practice. It doesn't matter if your work isn't perfect - what matters is that you keep creating.
You don't get better by waiting for the perfect moment to start. You improve by making things over and over. Each mistake teaches you something new.
Don't wait for the "right time" - there's no such thing. Don't let self-doubt stop you. Just start creating, even if you're nervous or unsure. Keep going, even if things get messy.
