Where to get your x2 weekly Nebulous Voidcores

Decimus: /way 51.2 68.4

Where to get your x3 weekly (doesn't count towards cap)

Vaultkeeper Elysa: /way 50.4 60.51

Once you defeat a raid boss a screen will pop up similar to when items drops and you hit the dice to bonus roll. It will pick at random one of all items available from that boss on your selected loot spec. Once you are awarded the item the bonus rolls have "duplicate protection" which removes that item off of the bonus roll drop table so you don't have to worry about getting it again. This applies to all content that bonus rolls are applicable.

Gaze of the Alnseer is an excellent use of the Nebulous Voidcore bonus roll system because it is a highly contested item (Best in slot in most cases for most specs). You can essentially process of elimination Dreamrift's entire loot table for your specialization narrowing down until you can guarantee yourself an Alnseer trinket or you get lucky and roll it the first time.

This system is different from the Cartel Chips in the previous The War Within expansion where all you had to do was defeat the boss on Mythic difficulty once (per toon) and if you had x3 Cartel Chips you could buy that item. This was good for previously highly contested items such as BiS trinkets, weapons, and/or any unique items out of the raid (Jastor Diamond, Interloper's Reshii Boots, etc).
