Using the Lee Universal Neck Expanding Die

A video showing how I set up and use the Lee Universal Neck Expanding die. The die is used for flaring cases so they can easily accept lead cast bullets and gas checked bullets without damaging the powder coating or shaving the lead from the bullets.
