Riding APPALACHIA, a Motorcycle Adventure with Amazing Roads, Scenery & Camping in this great Region. In this 4th episode of our trip to the Appalachian Mountains, we start our day after having a great night at the Turkey Creek Campground in North Carolina 0:39. From there we ride to the nearby Nantahala Outdoor Center 1:54, a place for anyone that enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, zip-lining, mountain biking, etc. After indulging on another great burger, we jump on our bikes and start riding alongside the Nantahala River until we reach a very curvy and narrow road call Wayah Rd. with super nice waterfalls along the way 4:43. As we move forward we turn into Otter Creek Rd. which becomes unpaved as we climb atop a beautiful mountain 5:31. This same road will then become Tellico Rd. and as we reach the top, we encounter a group of really cool riders from Canada 7:10. After a great chat and making new friends, we ride down until we connect with another famous super twisty road known as Moonshiner28 (Hwy 28) 11:40. We end our ride back in Bryson City and the Nantahala Brewing Company where we enjoy some cold brews and some live music. Can you imagine Ron, Oscar, and I group dancing Bluegrass music? You have to see it to believe it @ 13:57.
