Endurance training

Some bits from one of my last trainings. This specific day was for endurance training and that day I chose 1 on/ 1 off sets. I done 10 rounds in total and got really pumped in the end.
This kind of endurance training - if it is done regularly - can help a lot in climbing, improves your performance and increases the time spent on the wall.
