What to pack in your hospital bag? Can be stressful right? It's hard to know what makes up the perfect hospital bag for your labour and delivery but as this is my second time around I've tried to share some expertise with whats in my hospital bag.

I am planning a VBAC but I am quite aware that I could end up having a cesarian, so there are some cesarian tips too!
