The Tandy 1000 - a forgotten classic, but is it worth buying?

In the early days of PC gaming, Tandy was one of the trendsetters with the 1000 line of machines. These used special graphics and sound modes borrowed from the failed IBM PCjr, but Tandy made them popular and gave budding gamers everywhere a low-cost way to get EGA-like graphics in the mid-80's. (Oh, and they also gave households and small businesses a cheap and easy way to track finances or do other small computing tasks using IBM-compatible software, back before PC clones were commonplace.)

In this video I take a look at my Tandy 1000 RL/HD, run through some of its features and performance, show off some apps and gameplay and then tell you whether it's worth going out and picking up one of these forgotten classics.

Sorry for some of the audio issues in this video - especially my weird, inconsistent voice - but I was working through a cold.
