Sandy Hook and the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948: Legalization of Propaganda

The Smith-Mundt Act of 1948, prohibiting the US Govt from using propaganda on their own people. This was repealed in 2013, allowing the Govt to use any type of propaganda on Americans through any information conduit.
