Installation of a Floating Treatment Wetland

This video demonstrates the installation of one type of a floating treatment wetland. Floating treatment wetlands can be used in many ponds deeper than 2 feet, and with the right density and circulation, plant roots use nutrients out of the water column for plant growth. They can be both aesthetically pleasing, can be used to raise plants for transplanting to shorelines for stabilization, provide fish cover, and are a treatment option for dissolved nutrients in ponds.
