Fierce clashes are being reported in northern Gaza as the Israeli military expands it ground assault in the territory. The UN has expressed concern that Israel's ongoing airstrikes could hit hospitals where thousands are sheltering. Over the weekend, desparate crowds broke into UN aid warehouses in Gaza, taking food and other supplies.
