Trapped by the Past | Magnetic Rose Review

I lived. I'm back purely because of that one guy who commented yesterday asking where I went, who single-handedly gave me the motivation to spend like 8 hours straight finishing up this video. Today we're reviewing Magnetic Rose, an Anime OVA released as part of the Memories (1995) anthology, a collaboration between a lot of some of the industry greats. So is it good?
