Open Sandwich-ish: Carrot Slaw, Egg & Spam

Carrot slaw prepped fresh, a fried egg, and a slice of Spam— layered together to build the sandwich.
I ended up using only one slice of bread, so it’s kind of an open sandwich… kind of not!
Still, the cross-section is a masterpiece.
