The Cleveland Browns have long been the laughing stock of the NFL, but with recent draft selections of Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, and Denzel Ward, and big name signings and trades by General Manager John Dorsey, the Browns are relevant once again. This offseason's moves, in particular the Browns' trade for Odell Beckham Jr., has placed them into Super Bowl contender conversation, but do they belong there?
