Milwaukee M18 jumpstart a Dead Battery - Bring it back to life - jump starting - flashing red green

So in this video I explain how you can bring a M18 battery back to life that is discharged too much where the Milwaukee charger will not start charging it. You will get the red/green flashing LED on the charger and just will not charge. What can happen over time is a battery will not have enough voltage for the charger to see it and start charging. So what needs to be done is jump start the battery back to life. This is a simple process and I explain it here in this video. Just need a few supplies that you likely have already in your garage.
