Resident Doctor Offer | James Murray's Message

Secretary of State for Health and Social Care James Murray speaks directly to resident doctors on the government's offer to end the long-running dispute.

Under this offer, resident doctors will be on average 35.2% better off than four years ago.

The offer also commits to:

✔️ reforming the pay structure so resident doctors receive pay rises more frequently as they gain experience
✔️ up to 4,500 additional training posts over the next three years
✔️ reimbursement of Royal College membership, exam and portfolio fees
